“This was such a great find after a long day on the fall tours. We were driving to Ithaca and looking for some good food. We were all so pleased surprised. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was stellar! Mushroom pasta and the fish!!!“

“This location is a work horse! They are always banging out fresh food. We stop often enough on our travels and only once did we have a wee bit off moment with a baked potato. They even gave me a container of ketchup instead of packets because I don't do those plastic drops of ketchup.“

My wife and myself went to breakfast and even though it was busy and the cashier was new MY ORDER WAS TAKEN AND COMPLETED TIMELY AND CORRECT!!!!! Shouldn't have to get excited but in today's world it was (explicit) awesome. The place wasn't chaotic, everyone was polite, the food was even made presentable and the place was very clean. “Food was tasty. Served fast, even though it was dinner time at a highway rest stop. Workers looked tired, but were still friendly. There really weren’t many places to sit (it shares space with a Starbucks). There are some seats outside, but it was hot and humid, so outside wasn’t an option. Regardless, it’s fast food, right off the Thruway, and it was just as delicious as any stand alone Shake Shack.“
