20 minute wait for a hamburger that was barely warm. This is why I hate Wendy’s. Serving hot food is a lost art. And no napkins, the manager couldn’t order napkins. I know this is the best these people can do- its the saddest part.
I had my paper bag of food before I had finished making my drink. So 5 stars there. Newer design but they went cheap on the seating, hard metal/wood chairs instead of booth style.The food. Purchased 2/28/24 @1645. Ghost pepper ranch combo.Chicken was very tough and over cooked. So much so I couldn't finish it. The fries were limp. Like they've been sitting waiting on me, which would explain the speed with which I got my food.@Wendy's, I'll gladly wait 5-10min for food IF the quality...read full review
