The hostess told us no tables were available, everything had a reservation. The bar was too full. We walked away and made a reservation in 1 minute, then went back. She seemed annoyed.
Ratings may seem a bit low but comparatively speaking it was a very solid time. Burgers, tacos and pretzels all worth the calories.
We were at our table for 20 minutes before a server came for our drink order. She was very friendly. Our drinks didn't arrive until well into our meal as the " bartender was backed up". Our onion rings were greasy and lukewarm. The fish was delicious. Not our best dinner experience.

The SportsBook at del Lago Resort & Casino offers a lively atmosphere, especially during popular events like Bills games. While the food generally receives positive remarks, with standout dishes like the fish fry, some diners have experienced issues with service and seating arrangements.
Guests have noted that the seating can be uncomfortable, particularly for shorter individuals, as the available options may not be suitable. Service has been inconsistent; while some servers, like Dina and Brendan, have been praised for their attentiveness and friendliness, others have struggled with the busy environment, leading to slow response times and a lack of follow-up.
Customers have also mentioned a decline in the beer selection, particularly local New York state IPAs, which has disappointed some regulars. Overall, while the food is decent and the service can shine on busy nights, improvements in seating options and staff availability could enhance the dining experience at The SportsBook.
