Pizza is good here no doubt. The employees are a different story. I thought it was just me experiencing rude behavior and snide remarks, but turns out a lot of my co-workers no longer frequent Cam’s for the same reason. Honestly a shame considering the food is good.

Got another pizza and wings, prices went up again... The wings, so gross... Most were skinny to start with... Soggy skin like I've never seen before. Very little sauce... Called just to let em know. They proceeded to give me a 2 minute dissertation on how the wings are cooked, time and temp, blah blah blah..
NOT AN I'M SORRY, NOT OUR BAD... NOT ONE BIT OF ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE... JUST STRAIGHT TO GASLIGHTING... PATHETIC... PATHETIC PRICING FOR THE QUALITY AS WELL...
NEVER AGAIN, LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
And 3 of the wings weren't even edible, rock hard and the meat is grossly disfigured. That's $$$ in the trash. Sad.

Ordered a 16 inch pizza online, 2 meat and 3 veg toppings, nothing too fancy but after the price plus a 15% tip ended up paying over $46. A little pricy but whatever, I do enjoy their pizza. The problem however is their service. I ordered the pizza while still 10 min out of town, then stopped at a local store for about 15 min before even showing up assuming it would take 20-30 min to complete my pizza order. I arrived and it hadn’t even been started, again they were busy and I get that, so I sat and waited and was told they would get it right up. After sitting for over 40 minutes and multiple people coming and going that arrived after me I finally went back up to find out it had been ready for god knows how long and they just never bother to call out name that my order was up, so now I get to enjoy an overpriced lukewarm pizza with not so much as an apology for having me sit there and wasting my time. Will be going elsewhere next time to save both time and money and maybe get a pizza that’s still above room temp.

Usually really like it, just frustrated that I open the box tonight and the receipt is sitting on the cheese of the pizza.. Ink from the receipt just getting into the hot pizza is unacceptable when I’m bringing this home for my family to eat

Great Sicilian style pizza. Walked in and waited for my order. There were other folks coming in and getting slices and picking up orders. My pizza was ready within 20 minutes.
I won’t get pizza anywhere else!! I have a very large family and would normally need 4 pizzas to feed them all. Cams pizzas are the size that pizzas used to be and I only need 2 of them to feed my enormous family. Each slice is huge and couldn’t be more delicious!! Perfect NY pizza❤️

I stopped by Cam’s Pizzeria in Watertown, NY, and as someone from the South, I can honestly say I’m forever ruined for our local pizza after experiencing theirs! This is hands down the best pizza place in town.
Cam’s is conveniently located right on the square, easy to find, and easy to get to. The wait times are impressively short, and the staff keeps things moving smoothly. And let’s talk about the pizzas—they’re HUGE! Seriously, come hungry. The flavors are incredible, the crust is perfect, and every slice feels like a meal in itself. Absolutely no complaints here.
If I could hop on a plane and fly anywhere just to grab a pizza, it would be to Cam’s Pizzeria. It’s that good!
