We stopped into the Chipotle on Arsenal Street in Watertown right at shift change—never the easiest time for any restaurant—but the team handled it impressively well. Kristen was holding down the line by herself, with one team member on the grill and another at the register, while additional staff were focused on online and drive-through orders in the back.

Foods always good but the inside of the restaurant is typically lacking in some cleanliness. Tables are typically not cleaned off, makes sense since they are always busy, but probably should have an employee dedicated to keeping the eating area clean.

The food, staff, and everything else were fine, but the prices were crazy. I hadn't been to Chipotle Mexican Grill in a couple of years, so I figured I would take my wife and kid to it to get some thick burritos. The person said it was $40 when I got to the register. I was like, dang, this is just three burritos, but the register person said that the one serving of guac and queso was extra, and that it was my fault for not looking more at the menu.
