Horrible service, they gave me attitude for no reason. Refuse to make drink how I wanted. The place was empty so they weren’t busy. I’m really disturbed about their behavior. I really believe they treated this way because of my skin color as they were all white women. Horrible horrible customer service. If they don’t like their job they need to quit!!!

Their new "no students" rule left my sister in the freezing rain for 40 minutes until I was able to leave work early to pick her up. Insane that they're okay with letting a 13 year old freeze right outside their front door. Disgusting.
Extremely disappointed to have to write this. I'd asked for the 2nd half of my order only to get blown up at by the person at the counter before I could even relay my name. I said I know everyone has bad days but don't jump down my throat about it. What was extremely unacceptable was the 2nd employee who screamed my order at the top of her lungs and slammed order down on the counter so hard that she squished the food. I hope the 5 seconds of petty satisfaction will be worth the complaint to your general manager.

Dunkin needs a whole new group of workers. Fire everyone. They are all rude and unhappy. for the last three weeks, I have come into Duncan every morning. I have seen how they all work and interact with each other as as well as other customers. They make my food wrong and then yell at me when I asked for it fixed. I was in In the middle of a conversation for the worker to hold up our bag of food and shake it implying for us to come. Other customers, they just put the order down and leave it But no, not them or us they have to shake our bag for us to come over to get it. What is wrong with Dunkin? Get happier workers

You can never go wrong stopping at the Dunkin’! This one in Watertown seemed new. I was just going through Watertown and stopped for the bathroom and refueling my hunger. Easy to get to and who doesn’t love placing your order ahead of time on the DD app and picking up quickly. But if the drive through is your thing, they got you covered. Give this DDunkin’ a try this weekend. You won’t regret it!
