Avoid this black hole at all costs. Five people “working” behind the counter, looking like they’re lost in space. I ordered three donuts, free breakfast sandwich sandwiches, and three coffees. I had to go to work after waiting for 25 minutes with nothing coming out. My wife had to come take over the waiting so I could go to work. She waited for an additional 30 minutes. Of course they messed up everyone’s order.

Have ordered door dash a few times from this store and there is always atleast 1 missing item- one time ordered 4 croissant stuffers to only get 1 bc they ran out. But still charged for 4. Next time only received 1 of the 2 loaded hashbrowns ordered and another they left the plain bagel w/cream cheese out of the bag and on the counter. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this location either!! Will NOT order from this store again!! Very disappointed

Done with this place. Second time in a month I had to leave before the order was ready. Dont do mobile orders if you cant have an iced coffee done in 25 minutes. Unless they hire more or better help stay away.

The donuts were barely frosted and I got the brownie batter valentines special and the inside barely had any of the crème in it. Very disappointing. 80% donut and barely any frosting and filling.
This location used to be the best in the area, now it takes over 20 mins to get your drinks two basic coffees. No apologies for the wait. Hot coffee came out lukewarm. Nope.

We’re from Canada and were heading towards the border back home when we decided to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for a treat. Cassidy greeted us with such kindness and hospitality—she made our experience truly memorable! She recommended the best treats, and her friendly service made our stop even more enjoyable. Ordered my usual large iced latte with less ice and today I gotten 3/4 full cup. Explanation was if I order less I ice then it will look like this, because I don’t get more milk or coffee to replace the ice. This was a first! Manager was just as rude and unprofessional. It’s clear they don’t care if costumers return or not.
