Done with this place. Second time in a month I had to leave before the order was ready. Dont do mobile orders if you cant have an iced coffee done in 25 minutes. Unless they hire more or better help stay away.

The donuts were barely frosted and I got the brownie batter valentines special and the inside barely had any of the crème in it. Very disappointing. 80% donut and barely any frosting and filling.

This location used to be the best in the area, now it takes over 20 mins to get your drinks two basic coffees. No apologies for the wait. Hot coffee came out lukewarm. Nope.

We’re from Canada and were heading towards the border back home when we decided to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for a treat. Cassidy greeted us with such kindness and hospitality—she made our experience truly memorable! She recommended the best treats, and her friendly service made our stop even more enjoyable. Ordered my usual large iced latte with less ice and today I gotten 3/4 full cup. Explanation was if I order less I ice then it will look like this, because I don’t get more milk or coffee to replace the ice. This was a first! Manager was just as rude and unprofessional. It’s clear they don’t care if costumers return or not.

Stopped in this morning to see a sign they were closed because they had no help. They literally had two girls just standing there. One seemed amused by the fact customers weren't able to get anything. A man asked if they made coffee, she said yes but she doesn't work the counter. I'm sorry but you have two people standing there it's not hard to pour a coffee and take money. People are truly disappointing and in my opinion useless.
Two employees where working. One seemed to be high. Won't be coming back.

The two ladies working at Dunkin’ Donuts was so nice and sweet and very helpful. Food was fantastic. I didn’t catch the two ladies names, but they were they went above and beyond for service thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience.
If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would! They made me the wrong drink but I didn’t want to complain because I hate being that person. I realized after I pulled off that I was missing food items as well. I went back and asked for the missing donut, the lady was annoyed. When I told her the type of donut she repeated it to the other person working there. As she hands me the bag I look inside and they gave me the wrong donut. Normally I wouldn’t care but it was for my child. Needless to say I did not go back and tell them because they were not friendly at all even from the moment I got to the drive thru to place the order. I will never come back to this location!
