I was inside buying cigarettes, I see the donuts I want, I go back out to my car because I have kids, and instead of Making them wait I'll be with them and use the drive thru, I go thru the drive thru and this lady is impatient, rushing me as I asked her to wait a moment while I ask my kids what they want then she tells me those donuts I wanted weren't available. I almost went back inside to look because I'm like I swear I just saw them. So I ask her what donuts do you have... She doesn't answer me and tells me she needs to know If I'm putting a combo in, and I tell her again what kind of donuts do you have... How do I know what kind of combo to tell her if I don't know my options, she demands again what kind of combo, I'm like is she serious?
I told her I was leaving because she is so difficult and had a shitty attitude.
So easy to just look and tell me what donuts... Idk what her deal was. But seriously I ended up driving so far away and ended up at Caesars because of this girls attitude. I do not understand what the problem was.
There was no body else, completely dead, like 5:30 pm

Avoid this black hole at all costs. Five people “working” behind the counter, looking like they’re lost in space. I ordered three donuts, free breakfast sandwich sandwiches, and three coffees. I had to go to work after waiting for 25 minutes with nothing coming out. My wife had to come take over the waiting so I could go to work. She waited for an additional 30 minutes. Of course they messed up everyone’s order.

Have ordered door dash a few times from this store and there is always atleast 1 missing item- one time ordered 4 croissant stuffers to only get 1 bc they ran out. But still charged for 4. Next time only received 1 of the 2 loaded hashbrowns ordered and another they left the plain bagel w/cream cheese out of the bag and on the counter. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this location either!! Will NOT order from this store again!! Very disappointed

The donuts were barely frosted and I got the brownie batter valentines special and the inside barely had any of the crème in it. Very disappointing. 80% donut and barely any frosting and filling.
