I had a sub delivered through door dash , I ordered a whole sub and they sent half a sub. Very unpleased with this. The sub had way to many onions on it. I normally love wrecks but I won't be going to this location again

Made a mobile order at 12:10p for my lunch at 12:30p got there and my order wasn’t even started. Only get a 30 min break and I also bought coffee from Dunkin next door so I figured maybe it will be done by the time I grab my coffee which I had just placed my order at Dunkin. Got back and was still waiting for my order for 1 1/2 subs, with two supervisors and an another employee there. There was only 3 costumers inside when I showed up. Didn’t even get to eat on my lunch even tho I placed a mobile order 20 mins prior. Finally got my food at 12:47p Also didn’t even have the chips I ordered through the app. I don’t write reviews but this was highly frustrating. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if it isn’t even going to be made until 37 mins later. Crazy part I wasn’t even given an apology or anything for my order not being ready from either of the two supervisors that were on shift.

Bread was almost raw, not cooked. 1 piece of turkey and 2 slices of banana pepper, no onion to be found. Honestly worst subs I've ever eaten (all 4 were tossed). Extremely disappointed.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Staff!
I had a great experience at this location on Friday, 8/22/25, around 12:45 PM. The women running and operating the store at that time were absolutely outstanding—friendly, efficient, and professional. Every item was made to order, and the quality and freshness were exactly what I expected. Great service and great food—highly recommend!

I stopped for a quick sub at noon and even though a line, the girls there were very friendly and kept the line moving. Very clean as well. The sub was well made and tasty.

I just want to give the staff a round of applause, I was in the other day around 3 and they had to deal with the rudest customer. The staff handled it very professionally and deserve some recognition! And I hope people like that rude lady they had to deal with aren't aloud to come back!

Have been going to the Washington street location for decades and up until recently have always been happy with my experience. Sure the occasional mistake has been made but mistakes happen. Recently though things have gone WAY downhill. Five times In a row my order was not right- the first three times I shrugged it off as I said mistakes happen. The last two times I spoke up only to be told I was being rude and I would not be allowed to treat their employees “that way”. Yesterday the supervisor told me they were considering banning me. So I asked who the manager was and when I could speak to them. Well… Harley is the manger and when I went in to speak to him today he could not have been ruder. Wouldn’t even give me a chance to voice my issues- told me he already knew all about it and had witnessed my rudeness. I seriously could not get a word in. I’m sure he believes he’s now “banned” me however the only words I did get in were that I would be taking my business elsewhere. When I told my husband about this he said he too has had to go back twice to have his order remade because it was incorrect and both times was told it was because he ordered it incorrectly. Between the two of us and our son we were there multiple times a week spending anywhere from ten to forty dollars which we will now be spending elsewhere. Speaking up when something is incorrect should not result in blaming the customer . You are in fact in the business of customer service. I have been in the hospitality business for longer than both Harley and the female supervisor have been alive and dealt with my share of rude customers - but NEVER have I blamed them for their issues. I’ve done my best to address their issues and make them right. My mistake for believing I deserved the same. Especially when I was only “rude” ( in truth assertive in sticking up for myself) to the supervisor and Harley and that was only because they were threatening to ban me for having the nerve to want what I ordered the way I ordered it. For those who have had similar experiences ( and the more people I tell about this the more people I find who have ) I understand Piggly Wiggly makes a great sub that’s less expensive and a better roll!
