Ordered delivery for myself and my kiddo since we didn’t have a car and it’s raining and not only did I have to wait over an hour for my order, but they forgot the large fries and my burger was all dumped out sideways. I have nothing but issues from this establishment. It’s insane that they’re still open at this point. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stop making people pull out of the drive thru to wait on their orders. I understand it is busy but it seems to be too much for the young employees that you have bringing out the food to keep track of. Only giving two stars because the kids that you do have running out the food are actually well mannered

Service was terrible had to order at the counter because I couldn't find an item on the menu. The woman didn't understand that the code i gave from the app wasn't for an order. When i explained it linked to my account she still didn't understand. Manger had to step and explain it to her. Took another 20 minutes to get a mccrispy and mcchicken.

This place has been terrible since day 1. I gave it a chance because it’s an extremely busy location and it’s a new business.

Today they messed up an order and after returning to store and waiting 20 minutes i was informed they gave my meal to someone else.

Front cashier seemed nice, I am sure there overworked and busy, but awful service.

Lazy people. I went there this morning ordered breakfast on the app and it went through at 1029. I get to the place wait for my food. Gave them the number and they canceled it. I asked why. They said I wasnt there at 1029. But my order went through. I would have rather them tell me they don't want to make breakfast.

If you are the owner or manager of this location PLEASE READ THIS. You guys don't mark your location as closed at night on the delivery apps so customers place orders and end up waiting hours while the order keeps getting reassigned from driver to driver. Each order ends up collectively wasting an hour or two of people's time. It has been this way for months so hundreds of hours of people's time has been wasted as a result. When a driver marks a location as closed the apps just keep sending it to other drivers for whatever reason. Also, we as drivers need to maintain a certain acceptance rate to keep our preferred driver status, so when we recieve several offers per night from your location it destroys our acceptance rate and in turn harms our ability to make money. Please fix this if you can. All you have to do is go into your merchant account and change the hours of operation. Thank you!!!
