Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes needs to clean their eat in area. Tables were nasty. Sitting at a table and water dripping on your food from the ceiling. Soda area was complete nastiness. Floors were nasty. Food was not good. Coleslaw tasted like perfume. Chicken burger -breading was soggy and didn't stay on the chicken. All around experience was just not the standards that you expect at a Popeyes.

The team there tonight was awesome. They worked together to make everything right for us. Buying for a friend is not the easiest thing. And with a cranky husband made it worse. But the manager tonight Adian I believe she said her name was did everything she could to make us happy. I will be going back just to see the team tonight. Thank you very much ladies and gentleman for reminding me of that down home Southern charm.

Really don't know about the food at this location but service is awful. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order. 2 different workers saw us but no one would come to the register. Gave up and went to Chick-fil-A.

guy in there that looks like caseoh in the best way possible, was so sweet and had amazing manners 🤗

The chicken wings are probably the best in town. Have not had any issues that weren't immediately fixed any of the several times I've been there over the last year or so. Great food, good people!

Waited 30 minutes for a order placed online, and the Mac and cheese was a soupy mess. I wouldn't want this location to represent my brand

Well I'm from Texas Popeyes is a special place down there ...I don't know if it's location but the place just looks dirty food is ok but not slap ya mammy good overall a good not great place

I love their food and they never have a long wait, but it is sometimes difficult to turn left out of the parking lot bc there is not turning lane to pull into.

The food is always inconsistent. The service and how nice everyone is can’t be overstated. But the food. Man old and stale.

Typical chicken joint I suppose. But please if your advertising wings covered in sauce, please deliver that. If an order is wrong just remake the order. Don't offer a cup of sauce in place of wings barely coated in sauce. When I say barely I don't mean that lightly. I opened my box of food and seriously thought it was a prank. Very disappointing. We probably won't revisit this location. Sorry Popeyes you can do better. Your already in a rough location (intersection and access to location). Your restaurant isn't typically loaded with customers. Take a second and pay attention to the customers you do get.
