I think management has become complacent. The menu hasn’t changed in years. Had a reservation for 7:15 and wasn’t seated until 7:50. The steak with blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette was cold and tough as were the potatoes. First bad experience here but it’s been trending downward for years. Need to refresh the menu and managers.

We've been wanting to try this place since we moved here. The hours are a bit odd but we finally went. & the server was busy but fairly attentive and nice. The food was absolute trash tho. I ordered the chicken z with some sort of sweet sauce on top and it was so tasteless and bland. The sauce had flavor. But the chicken tasted absolutely unseasoned. My husband didn't like his food either. My son did enjoy the kids pasta tho. Our bill ended up being 100$! It was not worth the time/food or money. We definitely won't be back.

With thoughtful stewardship, Sboro's inspired an elegant supper experience for our group. One of the restaurants most important assets is Kim. Kim was our server (and bartender) and Kim whipped up not one, but two unique cocktail bases that were huge hits (a berry and black peppercorn, and an apricot, Himalayan salt and cinnamon). We shared appetizers: the Ahi Tuna with two sauces and broiled Scallops...and the group raved. We ordered steaks - a - plenty and Kim was mindful to describe the temperature, which was detailed and upon delivery was spot on. For those interested in innovation, I recommend the limone sauce on the side for steak/potato. Overall, I strongly recommend you consider trying Sboro's, and you might just be as joyfully surprised.

Sboro's was great. I read a lot of the reviews and I was concerned because of some negative comments. Our experience was fantastic. The service was great from Shannon and the food was equally great. The complaints on Yelp about high pricing and service are not warranted. I had the Art's ribeye and my colleague had the tenderloins and we both agreed the Sboro's is worth going to. Please check it out.

On recommendation by the receptionist at the Fairfield, we went for dinner to Sboro's with friends . Very lucky, in the very busy Saturday night, as a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, we got a perfect table in a quiet corner. Service was prompt, friendly and included excellent recommendations on specials of the day and wine selection. The NY steak with blue cheese was one of the best one's I have ever had. Cooked exactly to order. Everyone was very happy with their choices. The restaurant is not inexpensive but the quality is well worth the $$ spent. Would definitely recommend and return.

Phenomenal duck with a delicious cherry sauce! Family also had the Ribeye, New York Strip and Tenderloin Medallions which were also very delicious! Great service, atmosphere and music!

Went with a group from my spouse’s office, about 12 of us. Short wait for our table which let us try the bar...felt almost cozy despite the fact it was a long bar. Personable and attentive bartender who took care of my orders and moved everything to the table. Nice bottle of Prosecco. Dinner was a Chicken Parmesan for my wife and a blackened shrimp off the menu. My wife had half of her dish, saying it was a bit heavy, but I ate all the shrimp, leaving most of the rice. Everyone seemed to eat what they ordered. Servers were great, with a sense of humor and managed getting everything out without issues. Skipped dessert but they had all the typical America-Italian dishes. Our first time but others in the group had been there before and liked coming back.
