With thoughtful stewardship, Sboro's inspired an elegant supper experience for our group. One of the restaurants most important assets is Kim. Kim was our server (and bartender) and Kim whipped up not one, but two unique cocktail bases that were huge hits (a berry and black peppercorn, and an apricot, Himalayan salt and cinnamon). Sboro's was great. I read a lot of the reviews and I was concerned because of some negative comments. Our experience was fantastic. The service was great from Shannon and the food was equally great. The complaints on Yelp about high pricing and service are not warranted. I had the Art's ribeye and my colleague had the tenderloins and we both agreed the Sboro's is worth going to. On recommendation by the receptionist at the Fairfield, we went for dinner to Sboro's with friends . Very lucky, in the very busy Saturday night, as a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, we got a perfect table in a quiet corner.
