We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. The people are super nice. Everything is great. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and frustrating. It takes on average 25 minutes to get your order. In the meantime. You're just stuck in the line with angry people behind you. I have no idea what the holdup is on the drive-thru. I know they're busy but it seems to be the norm.

The restrooms are an absolute mess, toilet paper everywhere, clogged toilet and a full trash can that was overflowing. It took a little over 20 minutes for my two small drinks to get done. The people were nice but it took too long and the bathrooms were gross.The bathroom door didn't even lock.

This is an extremely busy location, and they are often out of common flavours. The parking isn't very accessible, and there's always a very long line. Wait Times have been unreasonable.
