Jay worked on my deli order today and he had just done about 5 behind my order and just kept the same smile and enthusiasm to help the next customer. “I ordered the iced cinnamon Caramel coffee. It was delicious, like usual. The store was very borderline gross. Full trashes, dirty tables, just generally dirty. I can see there is only 3 employees on, and they were very busy in the drive thru.“
