“My husband and I drove an hour and a half for our anniversary dinner and the food was excellent. The service? Not so much. The pad Thai with mock duck was our favorite, the golden bags were also super good. Our waitress never asked if we wanted drinks other than water, we asked. Never asked if we wanted appetizers. The gentleman that ran food seemed to be working very hard, but he brought my husband’s entree out five minutes before mine. No one ever checked in with us. Had to ask for the check. Again, the food was great, and we’d come back again, but wouldn’t make the trip just for it again. As someone in the customer service industry for many years, I get being busy or overwhelmed or whatever, it just wasn’t the best experience.“

So it jumped in front of us as we walked down the street headed back to our car and instead of fight with the ice cream monster we decided To give in and get a cone or 2. She had 7 layout ice cream in a waffle cone and I had lemonade and berry berry sorbet- great choices for both.“
