I had a small mix up with a Gift Card I purchased previously. The girl at the register took my concerns very seriously and went above and beyond to look into the issue. After speaking with her manager and owner, turns out it was completely my mistake. I of course was mortified but they were nothing but gracious with me. Clearly customer service is a priority at Body Fuel. As far as the smoothies, they are always healthy & delicious! I can not recommend this place enough.

I have been a huge fan of Body Fuel since they opened and typically go there weekly. When it came time to plan an office fun day at my job my first thought was the Body Fuel Truck. I sent an email in May and have been corresponding with Bobby to put this together… we finalized a date and I sent the Contract on 7/24….. typically responses from took a few days even weeks so I wasn’t to worried. When it came time to confirm where the truck would park etc… I decided to email and He responds in email that he never received the Contract and the truck is not in service anyway. If you would to book the truck maybe try phone conversations and make sure there are responses to emails. I feel this experience was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He seemed like he didn’t care as well which made this even worse. I will no longer be a customer.
