The garlic bagel was excellent and so was the light herb cream cheese customer service was above excellent. Looks like employees really love there job would definitely come back here next time work brings me in the area

I do not know what happened at this location, but the bagels are undercooked and terrible now. It is a real shame; don't waste your time. This is worse than Starbucks now.

Every weekend I get bagels from the Webster, NY location and it always takes over 30 minutes standing there waiting for our food to be made. Absolutely ridiculous that you constantly have someone taking orders on orders on orders while only having two people make the actual sandwiches. Other workers are just standing around doing nothing for a reason I don’t know. This place is completely understaffed and so disorganized to the point where I had 6 people who ordered after me get their food before I got mine. I didn’t order any specialty sandwiches either. Bagels with butter and cream cheese. Very very simple. This place constantly struggles to do their job on a weekly basis and nothing ever changes. I will no longer be going to this brueggers unless something does change. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for a simple bagel. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Whoever owns this brueggers needs to start paying attention to the atrocity that this place calls service.

Joe is probably one of the sweetest employees I have ever met! He’s always kind and courteous. Fast and efficient and always super helpful! He even paid for my order one day when my account was low. He didn’t have to do that but he sees me almost every morning on my way to work for just an bagel and orange juice. Thank you Joe for always going out of your way when you didn’t have too!

Ordered 2 siracha honey sunrise and when I got home I had one plain bagel with cream cheese and some other breakfast sandwich. Should’ve checked before I left but I didn’t think it would be that difficult to get the order right. Yes they were busy in the morning but with as many people as they had working there it shouldn’t have been an issue to take one extra second to make sure the order was right.
Love the bagels at Bruggers. However it’s a shame how much they’ve changed since accepting mobile orders and doordash. It takes 30 mins to get 2 bagels and ordering at the register instead of the prep station causes a lot of confusion and incorrect orders. Can’t resist a Bruggers bagel but will probably be going to a different location from now on:/

If you are ordering a breakfast sandwich, go elsewhere. Only order bagels to go. Very understaffed and unable to meet demand of online orders. Sunday morning at 10am there were literally 20 people waiting for their orders. They should rethink their approach to taking orders because it’s currently not working.

Wow. This place ain't worth the 10-20 min wait. The food here is decent but the wait times is insane. They only work on their the personal customers and make all other delivers on hold. This place is one of the worst bagels places around because they can't accommodate the customers in the area. Either open another location or fix your problem's. Workers are rude and will tell you tough love. Gotta wait till we slow down and then we can work on delivery orders.
