Every time I go to Chipotle there's a problem. I vow to never go back, and then my kids beg me... and we go back. So: I'm the problem, it's me. I won't order online anymore bc I've had to wait a min. of 20 min up to an hour for my food. Every time I've been there in the last few months something is missing, or there is an overcharge. *I would suggest to management - when you have a fundraiser try to get more employees and make sure you have enough food. Just got served the smallest portion ever! So mad!
Just tried this restaurant for the first time last night and we had the best experience! The staff was so friendly and outgoing and the food was great! Everything tasted really fresh. We had a great time and will be coming back soon.
