I'm convinced this is the absolute worst Chipotle location in America, or at least in New York State. They consistently get online orders wrong. On multiple occasions I have ordered one thing only to arrive at the chipot-lane and be told either the order isn't ready yet, despite arriving after estimated pickup time, OR being told what I ordered isn't available and what different meat do I want to substitute. Beyond the awful service, portions are less than you get at other locations and the veggies are questionable freshness. I'm done dealing with this location.

I went to pick up my online order at the designated time and nothing was ready. I waited and the staff were moving very slow to help other guests but then told us there was limited food available. I left without anything.

This is my favorite Chipotle location in the Rochester area. The employees are always nice even when short staffed and stressed out. They were short staffed and out of Guacamole today when I came, so I just got chips and a small queso instead, but the person who I assume is the manager let me take it for free on the house! I’ve never experienced that at a Chipotle before and it made my day. I’ll always prefer this location!

Awful location. My team and I ordered online and when I got to the store the employees were on their phones and didn’t come to the window. Once she did, she said we were closed and no food was ready. And didn’t know why the online orders were still on… extremely unprofessional and rude. This has happened to me before as well. If you can’t staff your store, why have it open? Now we ordered for the other chipolte in webster and are out $100…. Didn’t even offer us a solution, she just said ā€œyou have to get a refund onlineā€.

This location has been extremely unprofessional, and this isn’t the first time. I placed an online order for pickup and ended up sitting in the drive-thru line for an hour while staff ignored the pickup window entirely. They even closed the inside early, locking out customers who were waiting or attempting to skip the line and get their food inside . Eventually, they canceled my order along with everyone else’s in line and put up a sign at the pickup window telling customers to call a number for a refund.I would definitely recommend a different location if your wanting to actually receive your food.

Do not come here. Door was locked with kitchen staff still starting to prep ingredients hours after ā€˜opening’. No explanation or communication to customers, just five cars queued in the drive through for >30 minutes. Food should not be trusted.

If i could give this store 0 stars i would.The Store hours say this location opens at noon i got there at 1 and waited till 1:30 which is when the sign said they would open. I get out of my car after waiting for 30 mins and no one open the door i waited 10 more mins then had to leave because i was on my lunch break at work. This location should probably be shut down if they can’t be open when the hours state they will be open. I literally wasted my whole lunch waiting and no one in the store even acknowledged me.

Buyer Beware! Do NOT waste your time with this location. Parking lot full of angry and disappointed people at 1:30 PM. Their hours keep shrinking and they do NOT fill confirmed mobile orders despite at least 2 staff being in the kitchen. I was able to get the items on my order put back on my account as free rewards. Best of luck to anyone without an account. Go to Holt Rd instead or just forget it.
