Terrible location. There was no one in line and the workers were still rude and rushing for no reason. The queso was old and gross , and there was barely a full scoop of steak. The workers need better training or to find a new job that doesn’t make them so rude and miserable. The one lady who was so impatient to make the bowl was the same one who couldn’t wait to pick up her phone before i was even checked out.

Smallest burrito bowl ive ever gotten. Over $13 for this brisket bowl and they didn't even cover the entire bottom of the bowl. Guess that's what I get for ordering pickup

10/7/24: The joint is small but had an efficient use of space. The food was plentiful & served by polite guys. The food tasted fresh. The place was clean. 2 entrances to drive in & out of the parking lot : 1 from Empire Blvd & 1 from Creek St., which is helpful. It's great that Webster has two Chipotle eateries. It's funny 😁 that this Chipotle is right next to a Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔. I LOVE ❤️ sofritas! 12/23/24: With the burrito 🌯 bowl 🥣, I always have enough for 2 meals.

I’m so over this chipotle!! EVERYTIME I order thru their drive thru they mess everything up and I have to drive back after I’ve already gotten home and they don’t compensate at all!! It’s incredible how these people are completely ignoring the order on the food and they just make whatever they want to make you! the drive thru is supposed to be convenient, instead it’s the most inconvenient thing they have. After them messing it up so many times and doing nothing about it I will never come back to this chipotle, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t have a drive thru for convenience if all you do is mess up peoples orders.

Mixed bag. Sometimes your order is great and sometimes they skimp toppings or forget them. Sometimes the chips are undercooked or have been sitting long enough to get soft. Fajita veggies are never cooked right. I love the drive thru convenience. I have never eaten inside so I can't speak to that. The workers have always been polite and friendly though. Probably won't be back to this one again because I'm tired of treating myself to a meal to get home and find raw veggies or soggy chips.
Hire cleaning people, where are the juices and lemonades that look very bad, the floor is all fogged and dirty, they are racist and for the whole team here that were the day I went with my daughter and they were murmuring and laughing believe me that I have taken the worst disappointment with this work team, they made us waste time, for something they lack staff

Wow... Just wow. They must be under new management because I just had one of the best burritos I've ever had. Fully stuffed but the cherry on top was the chips... Not over salted, and not a single grease logged cardboard POS. I'm a big guy and will have leftovers tomorrow. Didn't expect this kind of high quality meal and I never leave reviews but holy shit this was a dream meal great job guys and gals.
