The absolutely worst fish fry I have ever had, the clam chowder and lobster bisque was horrible as well. We will never return.. What a waste of $50...

I haven't been in years, but was meeting a friend there and this is where she wanted to meet. Once I bit into my chicken parm sandwich, I remembered why I don't go to this restaurant. The sauce lacked flavor and the chicken was dry. I will say the fries were tasty and the service was good. My husband asked me to bring him home something, and after my meal, I chose not to. They lost out on that.

Not exactly what I expected as far as ambiance; however, both the Boston clam chowder and the Shepard pie were amazing. Quality, well thought out dishes. On a cold day it was a just reprieve.

Now they allow dogs in the dining room. And it was not a service dog.
The bar area is cozy and quaint. The bar tender was a very nice lady and attentive. There is also a dining room if you don't want to be in the bar area. Prices are reasonable and there is free popcorn!

They have a great veggie burger, the onion rings were perfectly fried and the slaw is the old fashioned shredded with a great sauce.

My first time going to this establishment. My daughter took me for lunch, the entire restaurant was packed (that's a good sign) we were.seated fairly quickly. We waited for over an hour for 2 bowls of Lobster Bisque, our waitress never said sorry for the wait or came to see if we needed anything while waiting. Very poor service, soup was good. I will give it one more try at dinner time.
