Nucci's Italian Seafood & Steak House

We went to this place for my daughter’s 40th birthday. It was a hot humid evening and their AC was broke, which they didn’t tell us. The dining room was very hot and they had a few fans going. After appetizers, we were told there was only one chef, so our food word be delayed. 45 minutes was our wait after we finished bathe appys. Things happens, I get it, but a decent restaurant would have comped a dessert or not charged a$10 up charge for mediocre bisque. Something. I said something to the manager but didn’t get much a response. I DO NOT recommend this place.

First time here. Food was excellent and good portions! Will come again when in the area.

Our waitress was fantastic. The owner berated his employees in front of customers. He was also bartending and didn't know how to make drinks. He even messed up a soda water.

Very disappointing experience. No warm welcome upon entering, water and bread were served immediately, but service for a cocktail and food order was very slow. Only 2 servers, one woman constantly moving between tables refilling water glasses, and one young woman clearing dishes and tables. We waited 40 minutes for our meals to be delivered after the order was placed. While the food was good, the service just made the whole dining experience disappointing. Even upon leaving, there was no “thank you” or “please stop by again.”

My worst enemies would not be sent here! The worst dining experience in my 68 years. I was in a party of 7 with reservations for 6pm. I ordered greens and beans, which took a hour and 28 minutes to take our orders. We waited 3 hours and 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We watched as three sets of patrons were seated, served, and left while we sat there. The owner only had two wait staff working, he would stand in the middle of the restaurant and yell for patrons waiting in the entrance to come to a table and then he sat at the bar and didn’t even attempt to assist his staff. When my $17 greens and beans finally arrived they were inedible because they tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of red chile flakes in them. I ate three bites and did not finish. No one in our party finished their food. Drinks were wrongly delivered, also. We had a birthday cake and were charged for cutting our cake. SERIOUSLY? After that? I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go here! NEVER!

The world needs more restaurants like this. Family owned authentic Italian Dinners and Deserts with an atmosphere equal to the friendly easy feeling experienced in Italy. The rigatoni special and lemon cake was fantastic. This well traveled businessman's dinner tonight was a treat.

Our initial experience was positive. The service was prompt and very friendly. The appetizer was good and bread was fresh. However from there things went downhill. The food took very long to be served. The restaurant was not crowded by this time. Only one of six entrees was finished. The baked potato was cold, there was way too much cheese in the lasagne, manicotti was not tasty and the chicken was swimming in sauce. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

My daughter and I visited for dinner. This was my first time coming in. The food was all delicious. Our waiter Steve was so charming and attentive he made it a wonderful experience. We had potstickers for an appetizer, my daughter had the chicken parmigiana that was enormous and I had the Brazilian lobster tail. Delicious and beautiful.

I went here to celebrate the birthday of a friend and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Out waiter Steve was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. It was nice and quiet and the food was incredible.

I can not say enough about my experience. I have to say that the food was amazing. I ordered their Chicken special. Wish I could remember the name of the dish but it came out hot and fresh and the flavor was amazing. Also, I had a salad with their house Italian dressing. The Italian Dressing has to be one of the best that I have had. I believe the gentleman at the bar was the owner and he would great everyone as they came in and would walk around and check on the other customers. I am from out of town and if I am back in the area, I will definitely be going back for more

disgusting service and i never even ate there!!! i was picking up a doordash order and when i walk in and elderly gentlemen from behind the counter screamed at me what i wanted, i said “i have a doordash pickup for *name* to which he responded by screaming CANT HEAR YOUUU twice….and then when it came time to grab the food he was screaming at me directly from behind NAME NAME HELLO?!!! NAME?! horribly rude…was considering eating there, now i never will

edit: now that i’ve had time to calm down and reflect and i will say that was my second pickup of the day and the first one went lovely, i’m not sure if he wasn’t yet there or was in the back but despite him it seems like a nice enough place, again i can’t speak on the food, which AGAIN is unfortunate! i’ve been looking for small italian places around webster to take my fiance and was highly considering this place until that encounter, sticking with proiettis for now
