Every once and a while you come across an absolute gem. From the moment you are greeted at Proietti's, you immediately feel like family. The warmth, atmosphere, service and absolutely delicious homemade Italian food is nothing like you will experience in the area. I highly recommend and I am very thankful to the Proietti family and staff that truly make Proietti's a special place.
My wife and I ordered takeout. We called at noon to see if we could pick it up at 4pm when they open and they said yes, they were so friendly and had the food ready right at four. We tried Proiettis for the first time last night, and it was an excellent experience from the very first phone call. I called around noon to place a takeout order for 4:00, even though they weren’t open yet, and Danielle in the office answered with such warmth and friendliness. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions since we’d never eaten there before.
