Simply Crepes Kitchen and Bar Webster - Penfield

We had a large party after a holiday and they were super accommodating. It was a nice way to gather a group together and catch up

Waiter was fantastic. It is a little noisy and cold (we sat near the door). I miss the peanut butter dessert, but everything we had was fantastic.

I love Simply Crepes! Been going to the Pittsford location for years. Due to the parking at Schoen Place decided to check out the Webster location and was not disappointed. It was a bit on the noisy side, however, the meal that we ordered was simply delicious. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Will definitely be returning!!

We were in town for a hockey game and made a reservation for 6. Other members of the team heard about where we were going and decided to join unannounced. It was not a problem for the staff, the service was wonderful, the food was fantastic and came out quickly. We will definitely visit again.

Perhaps because of an event in the back room, the main room was very noisy and tables were tight. The food was ok.

Food was great. Service from Jess outstanding. She was patient, courteous and gave excellent dinner menu suggestions all with a smile. It's hard to talk in the main dining with no real sound barrier the chatter bounces off the walls.

After making the reservation through Open Table the day before, 9/16/2025, when the restaurant is not open, we called the day of the reservation after receiving the email confirming the reservation . The person who answered at Simply Crepes in Penfield Webster answered saying they were closed for training and knew nothing about our reservation for a birthday celebration for 4 people at 6:30. It appears that some training should occur somewhere at Simply Crepes in paying attention to Open Table reservations so customers can be contacted when the restaurant is not open and will obviously need to dine somewhere else. We were excited about going because we've never been to Simply Crepes.

We were sat in the back and forgotten. We didn't get napkins, our food was luke warm. Our waitress didn't even offer us water or ask if everything was OK. I have been here before and the service was never this bad. We had to ask for a cup of coffee multiple times. Waited to get syrup for 10 minutes. My order was brought to me missing toppings and was cold. 0/10. The waitress should try treating all her tables equally.
Update: I have emailed as asked and have received no contact as of yet.

Our first visit to a Simply Crepes, and it did not disappoint. Service was friendly and super efficient. Drinks and food were delicious. Felt like an upscale restaurant with none of the pretentiousness. Perfect brunch spot.

Food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Their coffees are a bit overpriced for being a sit down restaurant.

Highly recommend this restaurant and other partner restaurants operating under the same name. Had been to the branch in Canandaigua previously and found both it and the Webster branch to be an excellent choice for a meal Food was tasty, portions good, service excellent!

Unfortunately, service was extremely slow. Once we were able to order, the food came out in good time but was not hot. Had to ask another waitress to find ours as she was MIA. Disappointing.

Service was great- took a bit to get our first interaction but after that it was efficient. They were very attentive to my Mom (her birthday) and although it was very busy we did not feel rushed at all. A bit loud but there was a bridal shower happening so certainly not their fault!! Food, as always, exceptional!!
