Simply Crepes Kitchen and Bar Webster - Penfield

We were sat in the back and forgotten. We didn't get napkins, our food was luke warm. Our waitress didn't even offer us water or ask if everything was OK. I have been here before and the service was never this bad. We had to ask for a cup of coffee multiple times. Waited to get syrup for 10 minutes. My order was brought to me missing toppings and was cold. 0/10. The waitress should try treating all her tables equally.
Update: I have emailed as asked and have received no contact as of yet.

Food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Their coffees are a bit overpriced for being a sit down restaurant.

Highly recommend this restaurant and other partner restaurants operating under the same name. Had been to the branch in Canandaigua previously and found both it and the Webster branch to be an excellent choice for a meal Food was tasty, portions good, service excellent!

Unfortunately, service was extremely slow. Once we were able to order, the food came out in good time but was not hot. Had to ask another waitress to find ours as she was MIA. Disappointing.

Service was great- took a bit to get our first interaction but after that it was efficient. They were very attentive to my Mom (her birthday) and although it was very busy we did not feel rushed at all. A bit loud but there was a bridal shower happening so certainly not their fault!! Food, as always, exceptional!!

We were immediately seated even showing up early for our reservation. To many choices for the food to eat. Food was absolutely amazing everyone was extremely happy

My dish (Korean tacos and red potatoes) was excellent. Service was prompt and the atmosphere was relaxed. Will definitely return.

We all enjoyed our breakfast. I had the RumChata banana French toast. It was delicious! My son had biscuits and gravy and loved it. My boyfriend had the strawberry crepes. They were great. We also got sides os bacon and andouille sausage. We appreciate that you use products from local businesses. We will definitely return.

The food was wonderful but expensive. I ordered a coffee, a strawberry crepe, and hashbrowns. My total was over $40.00.

They put us right next to the door so it was super cold. They were packed too so it was hard trying to get the waitress's attention. And when she walked by it was like she was looking everywhere except for us.

Great breakfast. Reservation system always works great. Servers always attentive and kind.
