My first time at this location — and 5 stars all around. We were greeted upon entering, the gentleman who took our order asked if I wished to redeem stars for part of my order (which id forgotten I had, so thank you!) & later on he came to our table to check on us and even took our trash. In recent years its felt Starbucks has lost its charm, but this experience renewed that feeling. Thank you so much! I only wish my receipt shared this gentleman’s name so I could shout him out.
Also, what a cute touch, writing a message on my drink!

I normally wouldn’t write a review but it’s been a long weekend and little things like this makes it better! Something simple but I can also confirm my oatmilk matcha is delicious and thank you to whomever made it and wrote “so yum!” Made my day. I’ve always only ever had great service at this Starbucks. The girl working the drive thru window was probably the nicest person at a drive thru I have ever encountered

I come to this starbucks location often to work because they have plenty of seating. But I'm always surprised at how kind and attentive the staff is here. My last visit, I had an employee approach me to check if my food was okay, offered to get me something else if I didn't like it, etc. Will always be my favorite bucks location!

Placed my mobile order and it said 4-7 minutes. Arrived 8 minutes later and was rudely told by an employee that they had just gotten it and “for future reference to wait until the order says it’s ready”. There was no one else in line. What is the difference between ordering at the box and waiting in line, or mobile ordering and waiting in line. None. Why treat your regulars this way

Asked for a venti hot vanilla latte, when they handed it to me I thought it looked to small. I asked the guy at the drive thru if this was the right size and he told me yes and provided no receipt. Upon looking at the cup when I got to work yup it is the wrong size. I was given a grande at 16 oz not a venti at 20 oz. When I contacted customer service they claimed I need to specifically request a receipt and they would be doing nothing about this since I have no receipt. I do have a video with today's date on the sticker stuck to the cup with the size venti and then the 16 oz on the bottom. Seems like that should be enough to get a refund or at least a new drink but apparently not they want to scam me out of my $7. Will not be going back.

Rainy Saturday day grinding in this ‘bucks and my o my were the vibes 10/10. Manager did a walk through dapping everyone up and making sure we were all good. Will certainly add to my study rotation.

I don’t normally rate Starbucks, I’ve actually never. But beginning to lose hope with this location. Every time I go in the morning they’re always out of something… from juice for the refreshers to chai for a latte, you name it. It’s disappointing to come almost everyday and you’re out of a product. As a former barista at a different location, it’s not hard to run to another store for a product or to even make sure the shift lead or manager is ordering enough of said product. While this isn’t the only issue, it’s pulling up to the window through drive thru paying card and having the employee hold the card reader straight up and down, how are you supposed to put your card in?? It would be easier to hold it at a better angle where the customer can insert their card without having to hang out of the window of their car or oddly bend their hand to insert it.
I also understand the drive thru can get busy at times, but please teach your baristas to look at the ordering screen and make sure they’re handing out correct drinks for said order. I shouldn’t be handed someone else’s order everyday. But hey maybe this is why I can’t get my chai tea latte or refresher because they’re having to remake orders twice? Please do better and be better. I come to this location for the convenience of it being minutes from work but might start making the drive further to Hard Rd location.
