wife goes here, I don’t, but I can’t get ahold of management phone doesn’t work from number on Google. Driving down empire evening of 6/26 round 10 at night see young woman being severely harassed on side of street. Man runs off when I pull up. Girl is shaken up says she just left shift at Subway but leaves before I got chance to help her. Wanted to do due diligence and make sure she ok. But phone doesn’t work here so I can’t reach anyone.

I ask in the instructions to toast it so its warm, they dont. Toast it until the cheese melts. They dont, now i tried to write toast it twice..they didnt.

I dont understand why im getting a cold sub every single time. Got there as she was wrapping it up and it was barely warm. Im not sure what else to say so that they toast my sandwich, when I worked at subway and did the button you are supposed to it was always fine, but I get a cold sub even after clicking toasted, AND asking for more. Doesn't seem hard but yet here I type this review after my 6th attempt ugh 6/6 cold subs 6/6 times asking for it to be toasted/extra toasted.

Pickle fairy alert!!! 🧚‍♀️ Whoever was working 6/16/2025 around 2:45pm needs to leave. I've encountered her (middle/older age, glasses, short) a few times and the horrible attitude along with counting my pickles (I asked for a side and she told me I could only have 4 pickles) is actually quite hilarious to me.

Ask for a foot long sub with extra meat and mayo and they give you no mayo and barely any meat. I will never go back again. That’s a big rip off. Other sub shops give you more meat than what subway did. The bread alone looks like it has been sitting for a day or two. If you want a better sub go to wegmans or any other place then subway

From the moment I approached the doorway, a “sandwich artist” older woman, 50’s-60’s I’m guessed greeted me at the door as she’s out smoking her vape and on her phone as I walk in and front of her “do you know what you want?” No hello, how are you nothing? I said no I’m still looking she walks back outside to continue scrolling her phone and told me to tell her when I’m ready. Like I’m bothering her for doing her job. Terrible customer service throughout the whole order and refused to try and scan my gift card that was printed on a piece of paper. I’ll spend the extra money next time going across the street to Dibella’s. Will be calling corporate on this location seems they have associates that need to be retrained in basic customer service.

Was having a bad day. Went in for a sub evening of 4/14. The young girl there was the sweetest soul. Listened to all my old lady problems and even offered a hug. Seemed genuinely caring. Did not expect a subway employee to turn my day around but so be it. Sub was tasty too. Will be back.

The last 2 times I've gotten 6 in subs from them, there is barely 1 layer of meat. That must be why they hide the meat side so customers don't see how skimpy they are being. After it was wrapped, it was flat, not rounded like they used to be. For $8, this is a rip off. I will go elsewhere to spend my money.

Don’t have anything bad to say about the place. Good service. Good sub. Their sauces are great. Why don’t other sub shops have varieties of sauces for your sandwich?

Rebecca was working when I ordered. So sweet, kind, and accommodating even though the A/C was not working. She was so friendly to every single person who walked through the door, and always had a smile on her face. She deserves a huge raise. Kudos to Rebecca for her work ethic and kind heart.

My boyfriend ans I went here recently for lunch and there was a "be back in 15 minutes sign outside." We waited a few minutes and then saw someone sitting inside eating so we decided to go inside and sit and wait. We walked in and no one was there so we just sat down to wait. She then comes out and is like "did you see the sign." I was like "Yeah take your time we just didn't know how long it had already been and I'm on a lunch break." So she rolls her eyes and says "well now people are gonna see you in here and think we're open." Mind you there already was someone sitting inside eating right behind us who had been in there. She angrily makes our order and more people walk in and she gets mad again and starts huffing and puffing and goes outside to take her sign down. The food was good but because of the terrible service I rated it 3 stars. I understand maybe she had to prep or something in the back but maybe communication instead of just catching an attitude next time.

Went in to order. When the employee touched cash and coins from the previous customer and then went for the gloves, I asked if she would please wash her hands first. She was offended and pointed out that she would be wearing gloves….What good are gloves if your germy hands touch them all over when you’re trying to put them on?! Why would she fight me on this? I walked the F out for how rude she was. Won’t return.
