The cashier did not want to uncover the meats that were covered. When I asked her to show me a variety of meats to decide what I was going to put on my sandwich, she told me to look at the menu. I do not recommend this Subway, or at least when this is the cashier. I will go since he does his job with a bad face and

Not only was the sub made perfectly, Rebecca was one of the nicest and most helpful servers I've ever had. She anticipated what I needed and was very helpful. 5 stars!

Omg! Such an awful experience! First I was notified my food was ready but when I arrived they hadn’t even started it yet. When they finally did it took 10 more minutes. I tried to contact HR department and it took FOREVER to find a phone number and then there was no option to talk to a person. Can’t believe this is still in business WOW

The gentleman who helped me with my order was very kind however the woman working who was taking care of the couple in front of me was SO rude. No reason to treat people that way!

I truly had an awful sandwich here. I get a veggie, and they were out of tomatoes, which I obviously didn't know beforehand. I basically had a spinach sandwich. And the ends of the bread were hard. And what used to be a $5 footlong was now almost $8. I could have gotten a huge sub from Dibellas for that much and had lunch for days. This was my last Subway experience.

Arrived a solid 15 mins after my pickup time, the order wasn’t even started. Was fine to wait, but then they gave me medium drinks only for me to fill them and find out there’s no lids for them. Asked if there were any in the back. They told me if there’s any they’d be under the drink cabinet. Was not resolved, had to grab small cups myself, no staff tried to remedy the situation

Ordered a couple subs online for about 20 minutes later. Arrived at store to find at least 6 customers waiting outside to pick up their orders. The store was locked. One customer called the Monroe Sheriff to conduct a wellness check as all the lights were on and no one was in the store. Evidently according to business neighbors the hours are only suggestions when they might be there. Now we are burdened having to deal with our credit card companies to dispute the charges. Subway doesn't respond to customers via their website. Don't ever order online from Subway unless you're sure they're open !

I went to subway at 4:14 pm and was met with a sign that read “we will reopen at 4.” The door was still locked and lights were all on. When I tried to call the store number (provided by google maps), the number was disconnected.

Sub makers aren't bad, but management never follows any of the good promotions

I had to get my wife and daughter lunch and drop it off at their workplace. I showed up at 8:30 and the doors were locked even though it is posted online and on their front door that they are supposed to be open at 8:30. Came back at 8:45 and the doors are still locked! Guess they don't want my money

Although the staff is friendly enough the food portions are less than stellar...I know Subway isn't the best sub around by a loooooooooooooong shot and up to this point you get what you pay for...By that I mean they used to load up the sandwich with all the topping in abundance, not the protein but at least it was a sub that was veggie heavy, which isn't a bad thing...Now this spot serves up the sub toppings like a drug dealer using a scale for his product...If you ask or imply that you would like another slice or two of red onion you feel like you asked for lobster on the house...So the damage for two 6 six inch subs of turkey with lettuce, red onion, American cheese with mayo, a diet cola. tax and a 15% tip was $21.00...Each sub had three slices of turkey, two slices of cheese, 3 or 4 red onion slices, a pinch of lettuce and a dab of mayo...Oh well, live and learn...

Got a grilled steak and cheese sub. It was very good.
