Apparently this Taco Bell location has absolutely no regard or respect for their disabled patrons. Shame on the management of this location as well as the plowing service contractor. This is NOT ok, and it is in violation of NY state law, ADA regulations, and a slap in the face to those of us who are disabled. Not only has this company lost our business, but I will be contacting the ACLU and NY state to file complaints. What is wrong with people today that they think it's ok to treat those who are disabled as lesser human beings????

During the day, it's decent Taco Bell food. But don't try to get breakfast at this location. Twice now I've tried to pickup a breakfast mobile order here, only to find the building empty. Mobile app still taking orders and taking my money, but no one showed up to work.

This location has been super trash😔. This does not qualify as fast food by any stretch of the imagination. I've had to abandon the Iine on a dozen visits because the line just doesn't move for 10+ minutes. I've actually gotten to the window and still waited 10+ minutes for a taco and a drink, wtf😮?
I've been asked to leave the line and come back in 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order, 🤣. The only time I got food quickly here, I should've known it was a red flag. That food was straight out of the freezer/refrigerator cold😒. This is not a serious Taco Bell.

Came to the Webster establishment order the chicken nuggets with the fries I asked if my food could be made fresh they said that they are not allowed to make it fresh that it had just came out since when can the customer not have their food made fresh if they're willing to wait for it to be done very unprofessional if I'm paying my hard earn money I expect my food to be made to my liking so then I had to go all the way to Irondequoit just to get my food made fresh and I'll live out in Webster very inconvenience but that store had no problem in making my food fresh...

Don’t go here past 11. They do not want to serve you and will leave you at the drive thru waiting to hear someone besides the computer asking if you are using the app 🙃myself and other car waited for a while and then both decided To leave.

Not only did we wait 45 minutes from the speaker to the window, but our order was wrong on top of that. Every time we get food here, we know there’s a 70% chance that something in our order is incorrect. This location should not have opened. Go to Hard Road or Irondequoit instead.

it's taco bell at the end of the day but this location is just so bad. it's extremely common to wait 10+ minutes in line for your order even when ordering ahead of time online, and even when there's nobody else in the driveway. the people who work here are so rude, repeatedly interrupting me while all i was trying to do was tell them i had a mobile order. they treated me like i was a toddler that somehow didn't understand instructions when they were speaking in such short bursts that i could barely make out what they were saying at all. their intonation while talking to me is like they're talking down to me, like they're better than i am. i'm just trying to get my meal and leave, good lord i don't know what caused them to behave this way to me. i don't know where this hostility toward customers comes from but i've been a service worker for 5 years and don't think I've spoken to my rudest customer like they do to me on a regular basis. again, at least it's still taco bell
update 11/5: i just ordered a drink that i waited in line for 30 minutes to get and it was absolutely covered in soda, dripping everywhere. begged them for napkins but they didn't respond or open the window, luckily had some in my car before i put it in my cupholder but it's still sticky. why is a taco bell doing this...
update 11/20: if you order through the app at this location they will force you to wait until the pickup time (often 15+ minutes in the future) to enter the drive-thru to pick it up. i am no longer buying at this location and nobody else should. this is an idiotic decision
