This was my first time at Taco Bell in quite some time so I went in check out the menu board and I placed my order, I tried the grilled cheese burrito(for 1 thing), and it took almost 50 minutes for the food to come out! The young man behind the counter was very apologetic but that was ridiculous to have to wait that long!
The girl taking orders thru the drive-thru had a nasty way of speaking, no greeting at the window AND just handed change back mumbling the amount. She didn't ask if we wanted sauces either. I will say this here as I do quite often these days, "It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE, in this position you have to SPEAK TO PEOPLE (MANY people in a fast food restaurant). If you DON'T LIKE like PEOPLE, find a job NOT WORKING DIRECTLY WITH PEOPLE"!! It's so frustrating...

First off, they favor the drive through orders over the in house customers (which is bullshit) and half the time if you go inside, they take forever. Then there is the food.... which is made kinda lazily... and never looks like it does in the pictures. And there this is the wrong order part... this location gets my order wrong every other time I go here.
