I will never go back to this Taco Bell or Taco Bell in general. Food was terrible. Why ask me what kind of sauce I want just to never put any in the bag? $34 for two regular size humans. Always have to go inside to order because they always forget something at the drive thru. Count your tacos folks. From now on the only taco I eat is at home.

The girl taking orders thru the drive-thru had a nasty way of speaking, no greeting at the window AND just handed change back mumbling the amount. She didn't ask if we wanted sauces either. I will say this here as I do quite often these days, "It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE, in this position you have to SPEAK TO PEOPLE (MANY people in a fast food restaurant). If you DON'T LIKE like PEOPLE, find a job NOT WORKING DIRECTLY WITH PEOPLE"!! It's so frustrating that the younger generations are so Socially inadequate due to the internet and stupid video games that they don't know (or care to know and correct the behavior) that it's RUDE to give your high school attitude to people who are making purchases that PAY THEIR WAGES!! Also, when you HAVE A JOB, ACTUALLY W.O.R.K. WHEN YOU'RE THERE!! It's a commonly used word that ISN'T FOLLOWED much anymore, this word is ACCOUNTABILITY.

How can a new building be built and the quality go so down hill. Bring back my old ghetto taco bell with the nice employees who used to work there. I just left without ordering today because the lady was so rude to me by me simply asking what makes the new 'cantina' products 'cantina'. What is the flavor. She said I dunno chicken. I said I know but what is in it. How is it spiced. She said are you gonna order in a very pissy tone. Asked if there was a manager. She was the manager. Corporate needs to step in. For a newly renovated store is quite bad and not customer friendly. Know your product you are promoting and be courteous to people who are now paying more money for worse quality of service. Nope.

Usually a normal experience here, but today we went and didn’t get half of our items. Went inside, asked if I could have the rest of the items made that had been paid for, with my recipt. Some lady, who was there hanging out with one of the employees, started yelling and demanding we bring the bag in, just odd that people who don’t work there are allowed behind the counter, and to start issues with customers. Super unprofessional, and just overall odd

Worst Taco Bell ever! My friends and I went here one night after a night out, I put my order in on my phone and they were going to order at the speaker. We sat at the speaker for 20 mins, no one in front of us and a full line behind us. We pull up to the window and the girl is just sitting there on her phone not taking orders. Take the orders and get off your phone.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. They will always get your order wrong, because most of the people who still eat there are unknowingly addicted since it reminds them of their childhood, and they are too far gone to care. All of the good reviews for here are from a year ago or longer, which makes sense because that's when the ingredients were still fresh. On the upside my bad experience here has cured me of my personal fast food addiction, so it may be worth a try to take a shot at getting rid of yours.

Ordered on the kiosk tried to pay at the counter, but had to wait while a number of employees saw me waiting and other people waiting to order. Got the cravings box and the burrito was tiny and my Chalupa only had beans in the very center not spread across the bottom like any protein should’ve been it’s a nice new facility but they’re not doing a good job making the food sauce was mostly empty and the soda machine was flat.
Vegetarian options: You can swap proteins on anything Taco Bell is the best fast food restaurant in general for that you can make any dish vegetarian And can choose black beans or refried beans and there’s also a potato soft taco
I got food poisoning here. Be careful.
