I'd say about 50% of the time my coffee order is wrong even after I repeated myself when it comes up wrong on the drivethru screen and if you get there after 10:30 in the morning then you're lucky if they have donuts

Chili smells. Regardless of which one you visit, the coffee too hot, too strong, often old. I ALWAYS ask for fresh

I don’t know who’s running this location now but this is the second time where I have placed a mobile order and waited for 20-30 minutes to have the drive thru deliver my order. Today I couldn’t wait any longer and ended up driving away without my order. I tried to get the attention of the staff but was basically ignored. Finally someone came to the window and I asked to speak to the manager to request a refund. Was told I had to request through the app as they could not refund a mobile order. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. They have definitely gone from BAD to WORSE.
UPDATE: apparently refunds ARE handled through the individual locations per Tim Horton’s guest services so if this happens to you, insist on getting a refund. I’m out ten bucks!

Great experience, the food and beverage was made to order, hot, and tasty. The service was great as each staff greeting was with a smile. The restaurant was clean and there was no waiting.

They're never prepared when I try to order food at 5:30 a.m.

After waiting in the drive thru window for 10 minutes, we are finally told at 3:03 they are closed. Very poor customer service

I am posting this because I am baffled and confused. I hope there are others that have experienced the frustration I have in the last month or so with the inconsistent hours of operation at this Tim Horton’s location. I have lost all of my trust to get a coffee on my way to work at this location. I arrive around 6:30-6:45 almost daily and there is either no answer at the drive through, it will be mysteriously closed, (even though it is supposed to be open at 6AM), or they do not have donuts. I’ve driven through the drive through over 6X now around 6:45 and no response. If the establishment claims to be open at 6, they should have all of the options after the first half hour-hour of being open. I feel really bad for the employees because I can imagine this isn’t their fault. They need more staff working here. I hope this problem gets resolved.

I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me an latte so I asked them to remake it and I get this again. Like they don’t know the difference between an macchiato and an latte??!!! IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

The owners have no idea how to run a business Or they can't find any employees. Either way I've waited in line to ultimately get nothing and walk out the door and go down the road to dunking for my final time. I actually waited in the drive through for 15, backed out, went inside and waited 10 more min. The times I did get service my coffee was luke warm.Boooo

This place has really gone down the tube's the last couple of months.
We go almost every morning order the same coffee and consistently gets it wrong, never coming back to this establishment. Can’t be that hard to make coffee ain’t that their job, I think they need to be retrained by corporate. I mean the amount of money($70 weekly) there I can own my own expensive machine! No more for them, this establishment is a waste of time.

I come here at least once a weekend (typically we usually stop in at 930am) and almost every time we order, we are told that the store ran out of hashbrowns and that they need at least 15 minutes to make more.
At 930am, on a Saturday or a Sunday, you shouldn't be running out of hashbrowns, no matter how busy you are. You are a breakfast establishment and that is totally unacceptable, especially when you have items on the menu that use hashbrowns as an ingredient.
