Excellent food, different varieties, price is competitive. Customer service could be a bit betrer. We asked for our table to be cleaned, it took a long time after we are seated and lady just grabbed a piece of already stained towel with no chemical or liquid that was seating not too far from us and use it on our table. i used to work here about a month or so ago, and they are the nicest people ever, always clean and make sure everything is fresh, i have loved their food for the four and a half years I've lived in West Babylon, and it is one of if not the best mom and pops bagel place ever, i HIGHLY recommend going if your ever in the mood for some good food and a great environment!!<3

Second visit. The bagels are just too skinny. The toaster they use is not a commercial grade so it never toasts the bagel- just warms it up. The owner is polite. But they need a help with the shape of the bagel itself.
