Fast and friendly service.
Still has a olders Wendy's feel. The store is always clean, the food is consistent and when busy they are better than some others in the area. I good choice if you want a Wendy's you know will be solid. Plenty of seating inside as well
This is the slowest Wendy’s. No matter if you order through the app, 20 minutes ahead of time, or in person. Takes forever. Food is usually cold and sloppy. Once they give the order you feel bad because the associate says sorry and they are so nice. But for real, I could go full “Karen” mode. That’s totally not me but order after order it gets to be a bit too much. I can see why they don’t do breakfast anymore. Focus on lunch and dinner. I have faith they can improve.

Wendy's offers tasty food and good coffee, with fresh ingredients used in every visit. The staff is very friendly, and the manager is nice and accommodating. The store is well run and the dining room is very clean. There have been instances where the fries were served cold, but the manager was quick to address the issue and provide new ones. The entrance off of Main Street is the worst, so use the side entrance. The location on Sunrise Highway in Copiague could use improvement, but overall, Wendy's provides good food and service.
