I used to go to cherry valley whitestone but I tried the one in west Hempstead food was OK but they were so much mustard it was over whelming .I was not impressed 😕

Been coming here for yearssss !! When I mean years it’s been years ! There was a lady named Maria, who had had an attitude from the start , I actually had called the place to save time but no one picked up the phone after 3 times I went. I saw 2 ladies sitting down not busy at all I wanted to say something but these are the folks that make the food.. Maria started taking down the order I told her 2 different sandwiches different but similar.. she gave me attitude because she didn’t know wth was Muenster cheese.. as time went on I heard commotion in the back in Spanish , little did they know I knew Spanish.. when my order came out a sandwich was missing the young man was actually telling them what they missed a sandwich and they got on his case.. he told them he didn’t want to disrespect but they missed up and didn’t want to hear it. Maria never came back out from the moment she took my order, I responded to the young kid and empathized with him and spoke back to them in Spanish to get the message that I knew what was going on.. this is first time writing a review but the owners need to know cause the public that was there with me understood and was ashamed. not sure if it’s even worth giving them my time and energy moving forward. The owners have to address those folks cause a had different but similar encounters

Used to be 24/7 deli. Drove at 1130 at night cause my wife was in the hospital, called multiple times no answer. Upon arrival they said only uber orders and would not open the door or take an order thru the window.

Might as well shut down, the customer service and experience has been abysmal at best.

Called in to make a pick up order, made the order, then got hung up on. No ask for a name, no ETA provided.

Tried calling back 10 times, no answer, so I guess the order will never be made or picked up!?

My wife ordered the godfather sandwich, I got the plane Jane sandwich and my daughter got a bagel with cream cheese. Amazing quality and unmatched customer service.

Food is always pretty good for the most part, I’m uncertain about during the day but the night staff who works the phone/register is horrible. They always automatically put you on hold and never get back to you.

Been coming here since I was in high school back in 2003 to 2005… I love nothing more than to come at 2:30 in the morning after a long night of hanging out with the Homies to get my O’Mara on a roll or hero at the end of a good night… Decided to make the trek from eastern Long Island last night at two in the morning. Got there around 2:30 plenty of people inside the store yet they refuse to take my order told me that they were “on break for 45 minutes” Meanwhile, other people were in and out of the store… As if they were picking and choosing who can come in. so after wasting my time, gas and money last night, you have lost a lifetime customer. I hope you’re happy that you wanted to shut down for 45 minutes because I’ve been coming here my whole life and now I will never come back… matter of fact, I guess I’ll start going to Christinas in whitestone instead
