I would say at least 50% of the time the store does not have milkshakes because they don't seem to be planning very well so it's either an equipment failure or it is for Management but it's very frustrating and I'm fed up with it. I'm not coming anymore
Horrible staff. They usually talk amongst themselves which is fine but when I entered they just approached me with an attitude. No one is nice or friendly there at all. The only good thing is they usually get the order correct.

There's something weird going on in this location, after 9pm nobody picks up the phone and your orders placed on any app say are about to be delivered are canceled minutes before arrival time, saying the restaurant is "closed". If I order food at 9pm and this place closes at 11pm then what is going on, this happened to me 3 times already.

The 380 Hempstead Avenue location is completely unprofessional. I've ordered food from here at 9pm, was tracking it then was told my order was canceled as the restaurant is closed a few minutes before it was supposed to arrive. This happened 3 times in a row. I will stop trying as by now I don't even trust their food but I wish that someone from corporate would take notice as this establishment is run like some weird home business where ppl just go home when they feel like it and never mind ever answering the phone.There's something really weird going on in this place.
