Kareem is awesome! Always makes sure the food is fresh, very friendly. His customer service is wonderful! Any issues they remake your food with no problem. Absolutely no complaints! Very decent & clean establishment.

I recently visited the McDonald's located in West Hempstead, across from Halls Pond Park, and had a fantastic experience. From the outstanding service to the friendly staff, my visit left a positive impression on me.
