Amazing service, great food and drinks. Highly recommend! My new favorite restaurant, will definitely frequent this hidden gem. Everything was superb from apps and drinks to meal and after dinner drinks.

I visited BESITO😘 today to celebrate mother's day with a little behind jiji 😁😁 I really loved the experience to enjoy the chips with guacamole and the
spicy sause. I loved the ribs with a spicy sauce on them. The margarita was good but I think It could be better. Good memories. 🤗 Good service!

Loved everything about our experience at Besito. Karrim gave us amazing service and the food was so delicious- not your typical Mexican cuisine, the Besito margarita is so tasty. Be aware that the portions are generous and the guacamole is definitely meant for sharing- so is the fried ice cream.

This was my mom’s and my first time here, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We came for a mother-daughter date, and the service was outstanding. Dominic, our server, was incredibly attentive, patient, and took the time to walk us through the menu in a way that made everything easy to understand.

I mentioned we were celebrating my mom’s early birthday, and without any prompting, he surprised us with a delicious tres leches cake topped with a candle. It was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end our evening.

FYI: the piña picante margarita is so delicious! Highly recommend

For the price of the food it should be far better than it is. You can get something just as good if not better at many other latin places. Also waited a very very long time to get our food with no offer of any kind

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – A Truly Special Night at Besito (West Islip) I came to Besito in West Islip for a mother–daughter outing with my sisters, and it turned into one of the best restaurant experiences I've had on Long Island. We started with the queso fundido, which was rich, hot, and perfect for sharing. For drinks, I tried several mocktails—Jamaica, maracuyá, horchata, and mango—and every single one was refreshing, balanced, and full of flavor. Honestly, they were just as exciting as cocktails. For entrees, we ordered the enchiladas mixtas, carne asada mixed skillet, and quesa birria. We also added yuca fries, rice, and beans on the side. Everything came out quickly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming—every bite felt thoughtful and well-made. The service was just as impressive. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and knew the entire specials menu by heart. You could tell he cared about doing a great job. Even the manager stopped by to check on us and chat. She clearly has great relationships with her guests—there were regulars greeting her like family, which says a lot. The atmosphere made the night even better: cozy, relaxed, and perfect for a girls' night or a special dinner out. Nothing felt rushed, but nothing dragged either—it was just right. From the food, to the drinks, to the people, to the vibe—this was a 10/10 experience. If you're looking for great Mexican food, warm service, and a place that actually cares about your experience, Besito West Islip is it. I'll definitely be back.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! My mom is gluten free and they made sure there was no chance of cross contamination, they even have a separate fryer for tortilla chips. We will be back soon!
