We just had my son’s 6th birthday here. What a great time. We were doing the self service birthday and it was still so easy and the kids had a blast and the pizza was hit. Highly recommend! Clean, fun and friendly.

Horrible experience.. I was looking forward to bringing my young son here... half the games didn't work or ate your time on the cards. I ordered food to 45 to 50 mins to come out, and the place wasn't even packed. Customer service non-existent. Never go the west islip cec

Everything was good overall until I walked to the cashier and a worker named Anthony walked to the back. When I did get attended he had gnarly attitude, very negative overall. Although his negative presence bothered me I still made sure the kids had fun

Haven’t been here in about 5 years. It is still very nice for the kids. They put in a little trampoline jump area. All the machines were working. It was also clean. No more paper tickets it is now loaded on the card. It was just a handful of people but Chucky still came out and entertained the kids and adults that were there. The pizza was pretty good. The kids had a great time.
