Took my grandchildren. Staff seemed a little distracted. It might have been a slow time, and they appeared to be busy with other tasks . Food was what you would expect, and kids had fun. A little pricey for a little more than an hour of fun.

I am really upset coming to this Chuck E. Cheese in West Islip. There was no one in the entrance when we arrived. So we had to wait for the cashier to finish on the counter to check us in. We ordered pizzas and wings. The pizzas were okay, but the wings were COLD. When we left, no one checked us out. My nephews and nieces walked out with no one in the front to check our stamps. Very upset.

We come here very often has bronze pass holders, maybe 1-2 times a week and every time it’s a lot of fun. The facility is very clean, and we feel very safe and confident walking around with our children. We recently had our son‘s fourth birthday year and it was a total blast. All the kids had lots of fun. Our son still talks about how great the party was. Keilly our party host was absolutely amazing and we cannot thank her enough for making this so special for him!

there was an amazing employee i think her name is mariah, she used to wear the absolute most beautiful hair color and was very kindhearted, i guess she doesnt work there anymore but she treated my kids with autism very nice. she made the first time i visited chuck e cheese a good experience

She went above and beyond to make the party stress-free for me and unforgettable for my little one. From keeping the kids engaged to ensuring everything was on time and beautifully set up, she made the entire experience feel effortless.
The kids had an absolute blast with the games, the delicious pizza was a hit, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a fun-filled celebration. The birthday show with Chuck E. was the cherry on top—my daughter was in awe!
