This is the first time I’ve come back to Chuck E Cheese since 2010 to be exact. I used to come here all the time as a kid, my dad used to bring my twin sister and I all the time ( RIP daddy 🙏🏻🕊️). Today I figured why not return to Chuck E Cheese and have some fun with my boyfriend. We purchased the one year membership and it’s totally worth it, we also got the stuffed crust pizza which was really awesome. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for making our experience so memorable! Can’t wait until our next visit!

Had my daughter's birthday party here today. They threw a really great party. Our host Destiny was amazing. She made sure everything was perfect and went smoothly. The place was kept immaculate and was very clean. A lot of places skeeve me but not here! The trampoline and slide addition were great too. My daughter is obsessed with Chuck E Cheese and the dances. He was great and kept the kids entertained. Made 3 appearance which she loved. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by how expensive Chuck E Cheese has become. I came on a Wednesday night. For 3 kids to get the 45 minute pass it would have cost me $100. The counter person upsold me to the Play Pass.. which ended up being the same price $100 for 3 kids. (Once I came home I looked on their website and there was supposed to be a deal of $19.99 for one hour of play... and on 'Winning Wednesdays' I was supposed to be offered 30% off that price... why wasn't I? Who the hell knows). This 'pass' gave them 33 credits to use. My children dispersed and went on to look at the games. What the heck kind of games do they offer now? Coin games, for children? That you get one singular coin to throw down. Spinning wheels... a water gun game with no water... games that literally last 20 seconds, if that. Games that in my opinion are not age appropriate for little ones... something that Chuck E Cheese is known for. What happened to all the fun interactive games? Oh... I know. They were replaced by the gigantic bounce / play place area that costs EXTRA to get into. So, here I am, having already paid $100 for 3 kids... just for them to be begging me to go into the play place that would have cost more. Unfortunately being that I never expected to pay that much in the first place I couldn't allow my children in. So I have a crying 3 year old and 2 boys who are saying they're bored of the games offered and asking to leave. Kids being kids, they spent all of their credits by the time we wanted to leave anyway. We go up to the counter, assuming that after spending that amount of money, we'd have a nice accumulation of tickets to get a small, but decent prize. Nope. Much to our dismay, my eldest child had the most tickets, which only amounted to 150 of them... and guess what his choices were? Plastic junk and candy. And maybe the worst offense of all? Why stamp our arms on the way in if NO ONE checked them on the way out? It was dark outside. I am a woman and was alone with 3 kids. What if someone had just grabbed one of my children while they were on a game and walked right out with them? Why is no one at the door checking stamps on the way out? Absolutely insane. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this once amazing place that I have great memories of as a child.

Great place to take the family , they just recently remodeled this place & my kids love it! my kids especially loved the new playground & trampoline which is only $12 to get in, the pizza was amazing & the guy behind the counter had great service I think his name is Elijah, along with another worked named Marvin who was also very friendly & helpful , it was clean , fun & friendly (the girl at the playground was also very friendly , unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch her name) 9/10 a lot better than the service from 2-3 years ago

the girl at the play area was on her phone not realizing a child pooped all over the slide. my sister and another child got poop all over their pants and the staff here were ignoring us at first we did get a refund i’m unsure if the other family did as well but the fact this situation even happened has my family in disgust

The pizza is so delicious at Chuck E. Cheese like how is it better than most Italian restaurants On Long Island of all places? 😂😂😂 haha the staff are super kind here, great place for kids of course I went with my niece
No real protection for children coming & going thru the front door. Several machines broken with no sighs posted of that fact. Balls missing from several games. Tables & play area weren't really clean. Parking in front lot. Bathroom in back. Basically self service including cleaning up someone else's mess left behind and wiping chairs & game handles and down. Some games/rides too loud for sensitive children/adults.

My daughter comes weekly due to her having a silver pass and loving it. Recently they installed a new part of the trampoline and added a new part for sliding. They recently have been charging an additional $12 to cover the cost for this new portion of the play space.
Warning, if you want to come here and you have a pass you will be charged an additional $12 for the trampoline and slide space that they recently added. ( PER VISIT)
They tried to make me yank my daughter out the trampoline to check her height when the person Who let her in checked her height already. I bought a silver pass. Why is it an additional $12 EVERYTIME she wants to go to the trampoline?
