By far the cleanest most efficiently staffed and working Dunkin’ on Long Island. The manager and employees are genuinely friendly, the products are fresh. I honestly can’t compliment this store manager enough for what her and the staff does. It’s hard to find a business current day that generates regulars based on customer service and cleanliness the way this Dunkin’ does. I would give 6 star review if I could.

Won’t be back in this store. Server changed the price and wanted to charge a dollar for the cup which never happens. She was nasty and didn’t care about a regular customer. Never agein

Service was ok. I don’t like to write bad reviews but was a little annoyed about what just happen with my daughter and I after we just bought coffee and donut.
After we saw the employee come out the bathroom we ask if we could have the key for the bathroom, she gave a look to the other co worker said the bathroom was out of order.
Not sure if she was being truthful. But I did suggest that they put a sign that the bathroom if it was out of order. She young lady didn’t seem to pay much mind and just ignored my suggestion and keep on working even tho the store was empty. I sure this store is fine but I just found it I little rude.

Really not sure why, but every time I order an iced beverage with less ice, the whole cup is filled with ice. I can’t imagine how much ice I would get if I ordered my drink with the standard amount of ice ? it makes me feel like the workers do not pay attention to requests

Would really give it 5 stars if anyone cleaned the dining room or the toilets or refilled the toilet paper. Occasionally food quality isn't good but only once in a while. Staff is ok, not engaging at all but not rude, just ok. That's it.
