I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but there were too many things to not. We waited about 10-15 minutes for 2 mini hash brown bags. We had multiple people order after us, food and/or drinks and got their food before us. We had to eventually go up and ask; they forgot about us. In those 10-15 minutes, there was no garbage pale to throw anything out, it was sitting out on the floor the entire time. Dunkin' is a popular spot with excellent service. The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive, making it a pleasant experience. While the inside service may be slow, the coffee is always good and you can customize it to your taste. The donuts are standard, but the muffins lack the signature caramelized sugar topping. The "prepared" foods, such as sandwiches, are not tried, but the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and iced signature latte are praised for their great taste. Overall, Dunkin' is a reliable spot for a quick breakfast or coffee pick-me-up.
