The owner should NOT be reprimanding staff on the floor in front of customers. That should be done behind closed doors. Maybe if your bagels were in proper order and labeled on each side (for staff and customers) than then young man would know where a certain kind of bagel was.

Stuff-A-Bagel is a neighborhood staple near Good Sam hospital. Their big and delicious bagels are perfect for a quick stop. The staff is courteous and the food is so good you might turn around for seconds. Conveniently located, their sandwiches could use a bit more "substance", but overall a great spot.
