On Friday, December 29th, at around 3:30 pm, I stopped at BJ's in White Plains, NY to pick up my groceries. I had a total of six items and had paid for them when my husband and I headed to the exit with our receipts. As we approached the door, the woman checking receipts asked me to open my bag. I was shocked when she asked to see my wallet, too. She informed me that this was part of BJ's policy and that a sign on the wall indicated this. I would give 0 stars if I could. Apparently BJs doesn't care about their reputation or their customers. Dropped my car off at 1:30 to get tires. At 4:10 my car hadn't even seen the lift.
