Went on Sunday before the levity comedy show. Was very excited to go back to Brothers due to the first time me and my wife went, everything was fresh til we got there Sunday. Now I understand that Saturday was Valentine's Day and understand u may have a few things outta stock but Sunday it was crazy, no Mac and cheese balls, no burnt ends it was crazy. But the topper was the meal that tasted like it was reheated and still cold. Didn't complain but it made me sick the next day very upset about that but my server was awesome even tho he just started his shift. Over all the food need to be fresh and better

Just waited on line for 20 minutes waiting for a manager. Finally comes and tells us to leave, that he’s not sitting any more people for an hour. Way to run a business

Need to update hours. Went on a Tuesday after checking hours online and they were closed.

Stopped by late at night after someone recommended this BBQ spot. We were excited to give it a try.
The bartender (who also served us) didn’t seem very happy that we wanted to order so late, and the interaction felt a bit awkward after another staff member told him to take our order. Everything felt hurried, so it was hard to fully enjoy the meal.
I think it would help a lot if they were more direct about closing times so customers don’t end up disappointed.
The wings were delicious though! The rest of the food was fine/acceptable

Brother Barbecue has some really good food and drinks, but the service was hit or miss. The customer service at our table wasn’t great we ordered appetizers but received our food before the apps, and the soda came out flat. We eventually had to cancel the appetizer altogether because it never came.

That said, the family BBQ big party tray was solid. The brisket was the standout absolutely the best and the collard greens were good too. The green beans had bacon in it. I also liked the sauces they had on the table. Try it

Shout out to Jerry at the bar he made the experience so much better. His drinks were on point an excellent old fashioned and a perfectly made espresso martini. His customer service at the bar was great, and I was very satisfied with the drinks.

Overall, the food and bar service were good, but the table service definitely needs improvement.

The food was good service slow I sat for about 20 minutes before anyone came. My friend had to ask if she didn’t asked I have a feeling that you would’ve sat there.

My group and I stopped by recently after we heard this place kicked out some killer BBQ. While our evening was not perfect, but we did have a decent experience as they were accommodating. To start, the hostess took our drink orders as they claimed to be short staffed. Apparently due to the holidays a lot of people were off, but there were not that many people in the restaurant altogether; I counted 9 empty 6 person tables so we were a little bit surprised. The manager ended up being our server since they were so backed up, and we got our orders in at last. A few of our friends ordered the smoked chicken dinner and a brisket sandwich for their meals, but the main event was the eat like a king platter we ordered. It was supposed to come with pulled pork, however they were out of it. While this was a bit of a bummer, they doubled up on the brisket to make up for it. We got the fries and mac n cheese for the sides which were exceptional. The mac and cheese was some of the best I had at a restaurant in months. Compared to other bbq spots I recently tried, this mac tops it. The brisket was moist, juicy, and fatty filled with a ton of flavor. The ribs were good too, though I am not a fan of bone in meat so I let my peers have the most of those. The meat fell off the bone pretty easily which made for a satisfying bite. I will say my friend wanted to order their fried chicken sandwich, but they were out of that as well so she had to call an audible. Now I understand they may have been short staffed, but that is not really an excuse for what happened next. They brought out all of our food except for one person; at a restaurant we generally want to have our food brought out at once. We waited an additional 5 minutes for the brisket sandwich my friend ordered, but it was not fun sitting in front of food that was getting cold. When with a group, I stick to my etiquette which means I refuse to eat until everyone has been served. As short staffed as they may have been, that is irrelevant to the fact that they could have just waited until all the food was ready to bring it out. My friend was feeling bad about our dinner being held up, we weren’t thrilled that it was not coming out on time. In the future I highly recommend just bringing a group of people’s food out together so no one feels left out even if it may take a bit longer. I also had to physically get up and ask for a soda refill at the bar which was empty. People sitting there told me the bartender comes every 10 minutes which was ridiculous. I then walk to the back where the servers are to ask for a refill which was just too much. I promise I was not trying to be rude, was just quite thirsty given BBQ food can do that. It would have been nice for someone to check on us while we were eating. They asked if we needed anything as soon as the rest of the food got there which was a no, but midway through a meal people could finish their drinks. I was not happy about having to get up for my refill, but the manager was very polite about the situation. It also took a while to get the check, but they gave us a discount for our patience which was appreciated. I do believe this place had the potential to be a 4 or 5 star experience if they had the pulled pork, if the food came out on time, and if I did not have to get up for service however they made the best of it. If you are at the mall and love BBQ, may wanna give this spot a try. If I do return, I am definitely trying the pulled pork.

Very Unsatisfied, Placed a to go order and upon arrival I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged even after ringing the bell twice. I was only acknowledged when the phone rang and the person came out, then he told me 3 minutes but I never told him anything.
- He then came out and asked again what I ordered and I showed him the order and they claim they never got the order even though the app updated and said my order was ready for pickup.
- He then asked what I ordered and took my phone back into the kitchen which is very unacceptable and very uncomfortable for me. After several minutes he then asked me to unlock my phone again so he could see the sides but I refused and told him my sides.
- At least an additional 25-30min I had to wait for my order to be prepared and packaged. Not even an apology or included something for their Mistake by the restaurant.
- This isn't the first time they have messed up my order, Constantly I have to go back to tell them what they missed.
- Overall very unhappy with their service and staff for their mistakes

The food was amazing and the service was even better. The entire wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had the uncle Dave Sampler and it was a ton of food. Everything was delicious. We also had the Henny Coladas and the brothers punch and they were very very good. Will definitely return.

First time here, AMAZING hospitality and service! Food was top notch my favorite hands down was the brisket. Had the side of collard greens and were out of this world. Don't leave without the house-made bbq sauce!!

Do yourself a favor and find a different place to eat. Overpriced for what they serve. Speaking of serve.. service is atrocious. Food came out cold, quality is poor, quantity is appalling. Multiple tables left after ordering due to lack of attention/service. Would not come again

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this BBQ restaurant. Going in, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, almost everything fell short. The ribs were tough, dry, and nowhere near falling off the bone like proper BBQ ribs should be. They required way too much effort to chew and lacked that slow-cooked tenderness you’d expect.

The brisket was even more disappointing. It was clearly undercooked, chewy, and had none of the rich, smoky flavor that makes brisket worth ordering. Instead of being juicy and tender, it felt rushed and poorly prepared, making it hard to enjoy more than a few bites.

As for the sides, the green beans were completely overcooked—mushy, lifeless, and stripped of any flavor. They tasted like they had been sitting far too long, which only added to the overall letdown of the meal.

Honestly, the best thing we had there was the French fries, which were decent but nothing special. When French fries end up being the highlight at a BBQ restaurant, that’s a major red flag.

Overall, the food quality did not justify the visit or the price. BBQ takes time, care, and attention, and sadly, none of that showed in this meal. I was expecting comforting, flavorful barbecue and left feeling unsatisfied. Unless there are major improvements in preparation and quality, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
