Taichi Bubble Tea, Ramen and Poke Bowl - Nyack

Always given small portion even though I request more. The food is great, but I think its unfortunate how consistently small the food is despite wanting more.

Ordered online twice, but I came to order ramen here for the first time. The place is kinda cute and I like that they have an order kiosk and that their ramen menu is displayed in 3D models bu the wall.

I also like that they have vegetarian broth options.

After taking a few sips we realized the milk was spoiled. So we threw it in the garbage. I want my $12 back!

HORRIBLE service. The server left a very obvious large piece of plastic in our poke bowl. When confronted they just dismissed the plastic even though it is very unsanitary as it was the wrapping for the raw salmon. They did not even offer to remake it or to give a refund, and I had to specifically ask for one.

Worst service ever. Went an hour early and the gate was half way down, the man saw me and practically ran to the gate and pulled it down. someone showed up right after me with an online order he argued with them but eventually made it but still wouldn’t take my order. absolutely ridiculous

Best ramen and sushi burrito. Will definitely come back and try their other items

Place has dirty tables and chairs that they don’t care to wipe down often, booths were especially disgusting

kiosk is confusing to use also they didn’t include my boba pearls when the drink said it was included!

I go to Taichi all the time on my lunch breaks since I work at the mall. On average, I’m in and out within 5 minutes due to their usual exceptional service!!

But today, in a store with only 2 customers having their orders taken and 2 boba’s made, I had to wait 22 minutes for my food- mind you it was a bowl which can be assembled in 5 minutes or less. At first, the wait was obviously due to a lack of rice which made sense. But even when they brought out more, my empty bowl sat there for another 15 minutes while the new worker took 2 orders, talked to coworkers, and literally walked back and forth doing NOTHING. At some point, they started opening up new coin rolls… It took me staring at them to remember that I had been visibly waiting for 20 minutes already. And then what do you know? The actual assembly time for the bowl was 2 minutes.

I love you guys but you need to either hire new workers with more enthusiasm, better training, or literally anyone that doesn’t work and move with the same pace of a snail

Disappointed on the spicy Ramen. They used Sriracha sauce to make it spicy lol. Chicken was good. It’s Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The self-order screen said that milk teas come with tapioca/boba. There was no tapioca/boba.

Amazing ramen!! Terrific premium beef and rice and the passion fruit Bobba is always great. I Will always come back to a place like this

I had the beef ramen and green milk tea and omg it was so good. the seating area was also cozy and the service was great. highly recommend.
