“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the details of what makes great soft serve and very knowledgeable about allergen info. “I tried Guptil's ice cream for the first time after hearing so much about their soft serve, and I had to give it a shot. I opted for the coffee-vanilla mix, and it was great—so creamy and rich! I also loveeeedddd the generous amount of ice cream they put on my cone; Guptil's definitely doesn’t skimp! My friend had an enormous sundae, and he really enjoyed it.

The staff was patient and sweet, and I was surprised by how many people were waiting for ice cream at 9:30 PM. However, the staff was super quick, so the line moved fast. They offer a huge variety—sundaes, soft serve, hard ice cream, shakes, and malts.
