3 seperate items that should have been cooked in a minimum 2-3 different appliances all had the same terrible dirty fryer oil taste, Mozzerela Bread/Steak Quesadilla/Boneless Wings. This shouldn't have been possible unless someone was taking dirty fryer oil and using it on the flat top or vice versa. For a Quesadilla to be dark brown, oily and not crispy means oil or burnt butter was the⁵ caused directly the oiI could have wrung out shot glasses of excess oil from my food. If this wasn't the the worst culprit, the medium sauce was clearly made wrong and was just shy of normal hot. If you live in WNY or have worked in WNY restaurant, there is a clear definition between mild, medium and hot sauce. I did not ask for the food to be remade or a refund, I will simply choose not to return to a place I have given several chances to make good representation of some of their menu items. I feel ¹7 I wasted $50, I couldn't even give the food away to a couple teenagers that are known to eat anything and everything. .

Purchased their special 1/2 pizza and 10wings. Pizza is dry and burned. Only received 1/2 of the pepperoni I purchased. Wasn't like the pizza I saw online. Looks like they just added some pepperoni to their slices pizza and shoved it back into the oven and burned it. Going back to Nino's. Little Caezars is better! Resident of WS.

Besides having amazing food and the best subs, the owners and people who work there are honest wonderful people. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and had close to $700 and the delivery driver showed up at my house and dropped off my wallet with nothing missing. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sadly won’t be going back. I used to love this place. Just moved back to town and ordered lunch one day, a pizza, wings, and a gluten-free pizza. Had hair on the wings and the pizza. The gluten-free pizza was completely burnt on the bottom. Sadly, I won’t be giving them a second try.

Just ordered a fish fry which should be a staple. It was super small and way overcooked. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. The french fries were undercooked. Very disappointed.
