We went last night to Kone king and had a great experience. On fridays we celebrate our son Felix and call it “Felix fridays” where we do something fun with him. Decided on Kone king last night. Our son ordered his ice cream and the staff clapped and celebrated “Felix friday” and the one worker said she had something special for Felix and it was a color changing spoon- to a 5 year old that was the coolest thing ever. So very disappointed with our service this evening. We had to call out to the staff to place our order. (They were huddled in the corner talking). They got my daughter’s order wrong three times. We were met with attitude from the staff which was uncalled for because we did not give them attitude. We have gone there for over 20 years and we felt it was a bad idea to go there tonight. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Kone King for coming to my rescue when I found myself in a bit of a pickle. After Charlap's bailed on me just two days before the event, I was feeling incredibly stressed and unsure of how to proceed. But then, like a superhero, you swooped in to save the day!
