I really like this deli and go here all the time but when you get annoyed with me for trying to place an order over the phone that’s when you only deserve two stars. When I went to the deli to place the order instead (since no one would pick up after putting me on hold for over 20 minutes) you clearly weren’t busy since no one else was in the store.

I came in to pick up an order for uber eats and the guy behind the counter said "f'n mask." I wear a mask because I have a health condition, and honestly don't really care what anyone thinks, I know most people don't, but that kind of comment from an employee is completely unnecessary. I mentioned it to the woman who handed me the order and she wouldn't apologize or address it. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Stopped in for “soft” scrambled eggs on a roll and a cup of coffee around 8:30am. The workers there seemed distant and unwelcoming. There were maybe 2 customers besides myself. The coffee was weak, for my standards, and the eggs were well done in anyone’s eyes. See pic. I paid $7 and some change.

I placed a breakfast catering order this past Wednesday. A friend/coworker of mine recommended me to them. I spoke to Tom and he was extremely helpful. He made the whole process of ordering easy and smooth. Breakfast arrived at the location on time and everyone was happy with the food! I will be ordering from them from now on!!!

Solid deli on long island... If you're in the Westbury area Ave are looking for a sandwich place this would be a great choice

The service is excellent the food never disappoints. My coworkers and I work in large body shop in the area we don't always have time to get out for lunch. They deliver fast and always have our order correct. From the person answering the phone (Ronda) your my favorite!!! to the gentleman who does the delivers... Outstanding!!!
