I’m extremely disappointed with your service. I attached the call log for reference.
The rider asked for money, so I complained. You told me a new rider would arrive by 10:00 PM, but no one came.
I called again at 10:29 PM and was told the rider had accepted my order and was on the way. At 11:03 PM, I was given the same response.
Every time I called, I was told the rider was “on the way,” but the order never arrived.

One of the Ghatiya company. Provide smelly cakes and Dont bother to customer complaints. Pending since a month.
As much as I loved Layers - I hate it more today not because of the taste but pathetic delivery system
I ordered 1 & half hour ago & the support staff is talking as if I have taken loan from them.
Will I eat layers again? Yes
Will I order layers whenever I have guests? NEVER [A big No]
3 different delivery people called and none of them delivered - the layers doesn't share complete order with them and complete address too.
Pathetic system.
