First of all, with so few celiac customers, the gluten free bun should be complimentary, I paid $1.70 for a very cold bun, right out of the refrigerator, didn't go well with my warm grilled chicken sandwich. Then the bun fell apart and crumbled at my first bite, must've be a few weeks old.

I ordered my food on the mobile app at 7:52 I got there by 7:57 came into the restaurant to pick up my order after waiting over 12 minutes with my son who has special needs asked an associate to check my order they told me they gave my food to the wrong person and what do I want them to do? The manager proceeded to reprocess my order and gave me cold fries I am highly annoyed and very disappointed with the service I received today!
