Costco Food Court

Young Latina looking employee at around 10AM on 7/22/26 was super rude and walked away when I was asking a question. Don't work in customer service if you're incapable of basic communication without giving an attitude. They always hire the nastiest women to work at the food court here.

Excellent customer service at the food court ! We placed a large two-day order for our church's VBS, and everything was handled perfectly. Amy, the evening manager, made the ordering process smooth, and Amy and Cesar, the morning manager, ensured everything was ready for pickup exactly on time. We were working on a very tight schedule, and their efforts to put things together for us on time was commendable.

My mom and I have been to this place and ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza, and many other things. The food was tasty and wonderful. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was that there were many people there because it was the weekend, people making things, and others. Also, the wait was 10 to 15 minutes for the food.

Lines go fast. The workers tend to be lackadaisical when it comes to food handling. They use gloves to directly touch and handle food, cash register, stainless steel equipment and food containers without changing gloves. Yuck.

Food is good and fresh however always busy and 7/21 11:40 no one picks up the phone for 15 minutes to order a pizza

Find better worker with good attitude. Guy who worked yesterday around 5pm extremely horrible customer service.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a single soft cream for my son. I repeatedly asked if they forget my order. But unfriendly staff were just saying “ I AM BUSY!!!”

Pizza and hotdog!

The worst 1st experience! I ordered 5 pizza pies 3 days before I needed them for my baby girl's 3rd birthday at her daycare. The pandemic stole 2 years from us so this was to be apart of an amazing event. Fast forward to the day of, after I paid for the pies days ahead, and I call 30min before my pick up time to tell them I'm coming and they have NO record of my order. Truth is I broke down in that food court and cried. I will say they halled a$$ to get you my order and the manager was called and ge refunded my entire order... thanks you. Sad to sat the pizza was too doughy and the toddlers hardly ate a slice each...thank God I got them for free!

This was 4 mins from the hotel we were staying. It was an experience. I have never seen a Costco as busy as this. The lines for checkout were unbelievable. We only had a couple of items and used self checkout. People were very friendly and there was a Costco employee at each self check out to process your purchase. I have to say that the customers operated their carts the same way they drive in NY and always in a hurry! Definitely an experience!
